Delete your account and data
This page explains how to delete your Ring Jam: Aqua Sort player account and the data linked to it. The Game is published by Gurun Studio.
Option 1 – In the Game (instant)
- Open Ring Jam: Aqua Sort.
- Tap your avatar at the top left of the home screen.
- Scroll down in the profile window, tap DELETE DATA, then confirm with DELETE.
If you already uninstalled the Game: install it again and sign in to the same Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iOS) account. Your progress is restored; then follow the steps above.
Option 2 – By email
Send an email to 1omerfarukgurun@gmail.com with the subject “Ring Jam data deletion request”. Include your Player ID (shown in the profile window) or, if you cannot open the Game, the name of your Google Play Games profile and the approximate date you last played. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your player account (random player ID and its link to Google Play Games or Game Center).
- Your cloud save: level, coins, lives, boosters, stars, decorations, event and league progress, purchase transaction IDs, device model and app version.
- The progress stored on your device.
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase records are kept by Google Play or Apple under their policies. One-time purchases such as No Ads can be restored again on the same Google or Apple account.
- Analytics data that is not linked to your player account is deleted automatically after at most 14 months.
- Crash reports are deleted automatically after up to 90 days.
- Deletion emails are kept for up to 1 year as proof that the request was handled.
