Terms of Use

These terms apply to the mobile game Ring Jam: Aqua Sort (the “Game”) published by Gurun Studio (Ömer Faruk Gürün, Türkiye; “we”). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to them. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game.

1. Who can play

The Game is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may play and make purchases only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

2. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes, as permitted by the rules of the store you downloaded it from. All rights in the Game, including its code, art, sounds and names, belong to us or our licensors.

3. Virtual items

The Game contains virtual items such as coins, lives, boosters and decorations. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to other players, and are licensed to you, not sold. We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items as the Game evolves.

4. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS) under their terms. Prices are shown in the store before you buy and may differ by country or change over time. Refunds are handled by the store under its refund policy (Google Play, or Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com), except where the law gives you further rights. Items bought with real money are delivered immediately after purchase; where the law allows, by completing the purchase you agree to this immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once the item has been delivered. One-time purchases (such as No Ads and the Starter Pack) can be restored on the same Google account or Apple ID. If a purchase does not arrive, contact us with the order ID.

5. Ads

The Game shows ads. Some ads are optional and give in-game rewards when watched in full. The No Ads purchase removes interstitial ads; optional reward ads remain available.

6. Accounts and cloud save

The Game creates a player account automatically to save your progress. We try to keep your progress safe but cannot guarantee that data will never be lost. You may delete your account and data at any time (see the data deletion page).

7. League names and fair play

The name you choose for the league is visible to other players. Do not use names that are offensive, hateful, sexual, misleading, that impersonate someone else or that contain personal information such as phone numbers. We may change or remove such names.

You agree not to cheat, modify or reverse engineer the Game, use bots or exploits, or interfere with its services. We may reset progress, remove league results or suspend access if these terms are broken.

8. Availability and changes

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may update, change or stop offering the Game or any feature. We may also change these terms; the effective date and version above show the latest version. When we make significant changes, the Game will show a notice the next time you open it, and you will be asked to accept the updated terms before you continue playing.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

10. Apple App Store

If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:

• These terms are between you and us only, not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the Game and its content.
• Your licence is limited to using the Game on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the Game. Support is provided by us at the contact below.
• If the Game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the Game.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Game or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the Game fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims.
• If a third party claims that the Game or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim.
• You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the Game (for example, your mobile carrier’s terms).
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and once you accept them, Apple has the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. If you are a consumer in Türkiye, you may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the limits set by law. Please contact us first; most problems can be solved quickly by email.
